It overlooks the lake and the walled garden. There is a large television located discreetly behind false paneling with a DVD player. At one end of the library is a separate study equipped with a PC, printer and board games. There are also a selection of leaflets for local activities, places of interest and walks.
The drawing room is spacious and furnished with plenty of comfortable seating. A beautiful walnut cocktail cabinet houses a Sony hi fi with Bluetooth, USB, CD player and radio. There are French windows opening on to the gardens and the courtyard.
The self-contained inner courtyard is a well sheltered sun trap with fishpond and fountain. It is equipped with table, chairs and a gas barbecue. Ideal for entertaining throughout the year.
